How do I become a skills development facilitator?

This programme assists learners to develop and submit Workplace Skills Plans, Annual Training Reports, conduct skills audits, coordinate training interventions and to implement a Quality Management system for Education, Training and Development within an organisation. The Skills Development Facilitator also know as SDF Training Course is aimed to certify individuals as internal or external SDF’s or freelancer Skills Development Facilitators.  To become a qualified SDF in South Africa individuals must complete unit standards US 15232, 15217, 15218, 252041, NQF Level 5, total of 25 Credits.
